How It Works
Thank you for choosing AutoAccess for your vehicle import. Below is our complete step-by-step working process:
1. Browse our online catalogue
You can explore our full inventory of brand-new and quality used vehicles on our website. Every listing shows the total all-in price including the car cost plus sea transport charges to your destination port. You can filter cars by brand, model, production year, and switch between new and used stock. You may contact us directly via WhatsApp for extra photos, videos or further questions about any vehicle.
2. Confirm your selected vehicle
Once you select your preferred car and confirm you want to proceed with purchase, we will reserve this specific vehicle for you. At this stage we request a 50% deposit payment. This deposit locks your selected car so it will not be sold to another buyer, and we immediately begin preparing all mandatory export documentation.
List of full export documents we prepare for you:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificate of Origin
- Vehicle conformity certificate
- Full VIN verification documentation
- For hybrid / electric vehicles: UN38.3 battery report and MSDS documentation
3. Settle your remaining balance
After all paperwork preparation is complete, you will need to pay the remaining 50% balance payment. All deposit and balance payments are processed at our official representative office.
Once full payment is confirmed, your vehicle will be transported to Nansha port for loading. Your car can be shipped inside either a shared container or a dedicated private container.
Note: Transport cost is already included in the total displayed car price on our website. Shared-container transport fees normally range from 1 200 000 FCFA to 2 000 000 FCFA depending on vehicle size and weight; these charges are already built-in to your listing price so there are no surprise extra transport bills for you.
4. Sea shipment to your destination port
The container departs Nansha port and sails toward your target African port. You will receive tracking updates throughout the sea transit.
5. Arrival at destination port & customs clearance
Once your vehicle arrives at your local port, our on-site local representative takes full responsibility to handle all customs clearance formalities on your behalf. After clearance completes, you will receive your vehicle ready for collection.
