Account & Favourites Policy

1. Account Creation

To save favourites and submit enquiries, you may create an Auto-Access account using email and password, Google sign-in, or phone number verification. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

2. Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.
• Notify us immediately of any suspected account compromise.

3. The Favourites Feature

Favourites let you bookmark vehicles for quick access across devices. Favourites are stored against your account and visible only to you. Saving a vehicle does not reserve it or create any obligation to purchase.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the personal content you submit (such as enquiry messages). Auto-Access holds a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Platform.

5. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service or applicable law.

6. Administrator Access

Authorized Auto-Access administrators may access account and enquiry data as needed to operate the Platform, respond to support requests, and enforce policies. Administrative write actions are restricted to authorized personnel only.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
